General Membership Requirements
Must be a woman of color in Grade 8-Doctorate's Level Education. While we service the Connecticut area, you are welcome to join and participate in virtual mentorship opportunities.
Must attend five Petals and S.T.E.M. extracurricular events per 12 month cycle (starting at date of membership)
Must participate in five Petals and S.T.E.M. community service engagements per 12 month cycle (starting at date of membership)
Must uphold and exhibit the qualities expected within the Petals and S.T.E.M. code of conduct
